The wood flooring on the upper floor of a Stellenbosch home, including an open staircase and a wooden bathroom floor, had a worn finish that needed restoring. Sanded back roughly 30 to 35 square metres of timber floor and staircase, then sealed it with a protective finish. The upper floor is refinished and protected again, staircase included.
