Recurring Bathroom Ceiling Damp Fixed, Edgemead | Waterproofing

The en suite bathroom ceiling at an Edgemead home had developed damp patches that kept coming back despite attempts to fix them, a sign the source hadn't been properly addressed. Inspected the ceiling, identified where water was getting in, and waterproofed the affected area to stop the ingress at the root. The ceiling is dry now, with the recurring damp finally dealt with rather than just painted over. Illustration before of water damage, attached.
