The existing waterproofing on a roof at a Gordons Bay home had reached the end of its life and needed stripping back before anything new could go down. Removed the old layer, cleaned and primed the surface, then torched on a 4mm waterproofing membrane and finished with a silver reflective coat. The roof is sealed and protected from the sun again.
