A Stellenbosch home with corrugated iron roofs and one flat section between them had waterproofing that was starting to dry out and crack, nothing actively leaking yet, but due for attention before it became a problem. Also had some damp showing in a cupboard below an upstairs tiled patio area that needed the grout and sealing checked. Inspected and serviced the waterproofing throughout, addressing the cracking sections, and regrouted and sealed the patio area to stop moisture getting down into the cupboard below. Preventative work done before any real damage set in.
