The End of Extension-Lead Living
Our Brackenfell electrical team install new plug points and circuits in Brackenfell homes that have outgrown their sockets. Most older homes were wired for one plug per room — nowhere near enough for how we live now. Multiplugs and extension leads daisy-chained behind TV units and desks aren't just untidy; they overload circuits that were never designed for the load, which is why the breaker trips when the heater, kettle, and microwave run together.
Dedicated Circuits for Heavy Appliances
Ovens, stoves, geysers, air conditioners, washing machines, and heat pumps should each run on a dedicated circuit with its own breaker. If your oven shares a circuit with the kitchen plugs, or a new aircon was plugged into a wall socket, the circuit runs at its limit every day. We run new dedicated circuits from the DB board, sized for the appliance, with an isolator where required — which is also what a CoC inspection wants to see.
Neat Work, Not Surface Trunking Everywhere
Where possible we chase cables into the wall and make good, plaster-ready — not white trunking across every wall. In rentals or where chasing isn't practical, we route discreetly and tell you the options upfront. New points include modern sockets, with USB points available for bedside and desk positions.
Priced Per Point, Quoted From Photos
Plug point and circuit work is priced per point and per circuit run, so quotes are simple: WhatsApp photos of the room and your DB board to 060 985 5047 and we quote the same day. All work is certified with a CoC.
