How It Works
From your first enquiry to a completed job, with a written quotation before any work starts.
Send the enquiry form, call, or WhatsApp us. Describe the property, the problem and how urgent it is. Most enquiries are answered the same working day.
We match the job to a vetted contractor who works in your area and does that trade, and arrange the site assessment. You get a written quotation before anything starts.
We confirm attendance, follow the job through, and check it is finished before we close it. If the contractor does not arrive, we reassign. If the work is incomplete, we send them back.
How We're Paid
Most lead generation companies sell the same job to five contractors and charge per lead — whether the contractor gets the work or not. Fonster works differently.
Each contractor in our network has category exclusivity in their area. They pay nothing upfront. They earn by completing jobs well. That's why they pitch on time, finish the work, and come back if something isn't right — their relationship with Fonster depends on it.

Record Keeping
Each job is logged with a reference number, dates, the contractor who attended and what was done — the maintenance history trustees, auditors and insurers ask for. Clients who want it can view that history themselves in the Fonster portal; most simply ask us and we send it.
