Rekeying vs Replacing Locks
Rekeying means changing the internal pins of your existing locks so they work with new keys. This keeps your existing locks and hardware but makes old keys useless. It costs significantly less than replacing locks and takes only 15-20 minutes per lock. Lock replacement is only necessary if locks are damaged, worn out, or low quality.
