What the Project Includes
A proper conversion is more than knocking out a wall: electrical points and switches in the wall are relocated, plumbing is rerouted if the kitchen layout changes, ceilings and cornices are patched to match, and the flooring is tied in so the join does not show. We coordinate the engineer, the demolition, and every finishing trade on one timeline — most projects are quoted after a free on-site visit.
